We provide a fast delivery of usually 1 to 5 working days for online orders of our portable air purifier range. We will advise customers on receipt of order if the lead time will be longer for any reason.
Our courier will ask for a signature as proof of delivery. Once we receive a signed proof of delivery note we accept no responsibility for the final destination of the order. In addition, after we receive a signed proof of delivery any queries on missing orders will need to be dealt with by our courier delivery service provider. If for any reason our courier is unable get a signature as proof of delivery, or is requested by a customer to leave the order without a signature, we are unable to take responsibility for the order once the courier has recorded the item as delivered. Any queries will need to be taken up with our courier.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have received you have up to 14 days from receipt of delivery to return the goods and receive a full refund. You are responsible for paying the full cost of returning the goods and all the goods must be returned in perfect condition and must not be used. You are allowed to unpack the goods and inspect them as you would in a shop but to obtain a refund you must not start using them. All packaging that you received with the goods must also be returned in an ‘as new’ state.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received the goods backs in perfect condition. A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned items. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in the value of goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
